Our Chairman, Dr. P Arumugaraasah (Dr. Aru) has taken over the responsibility of managing the Organization since January 2011. During the process of change, the Organization was reorganized with new security measures to safeguard the staff, clients and visitors. We have successfully implemented new clocking system and installed upgraded CCTV within the building.
As part of the reorganization, each and every staff were treated fairly in allocating work stations and further designated spaces to accommodate Trustees. We have created more space to keep files and storage.
Investors in People – Silver Standard South London Tamil Welfare Group always believed in providing quality of services both to the service users and funders.
We were honoured with a prestigious great complement that recognizes the award put the Organization in a better position to provide quality staff recruitment, training and organization development. Accordingly, we have achieved the Investors in People Silver Standard in March 2011.
